Special Samosa Recipe | Rmadan 2012 Recipes


Ingredients
Maida – 1 ½ cup
Salt – ½ tea spoon
Oil/Butter – 1 table spoon
Luke warm water – ½ cup

For Filling

Oil/Butter – 1 table spoon
Clove – 1
Garlic – 1
Chopped pieces of ginger – 1 tea spoon
Masala powder – 2 tea spoon
Salt – ½ tea spoon    
Big onion – 2
Vinegar / Lemon juice – 1 table spoon
Mutton chopped into pieces – 250 grams (bone removed)
Hot water – ½ cup
Masala powder – 1 tea spoon
Chopped pieces of coriander leaves / puthina leaves – 2 table spoon
Oil – as required

Procedure
Sieve the maida. Add saline and oil to that and make it a paste by blending with somewhat warm water. More water may be poured in for blending thoroughly. Continue hand blending for 10 minutes.  Then hold that enclosed by a polythene cover.
